Through the sharing of faith testimonials and non-judgmental dialogue and enquiry, participants come to a refreshed understanding of their faith, or uncover areas of common faith for reconciliation.

Navigating the path of transition can bring a unique mix of emotions, structural changes, and many deeply important questions. It is a profound journey—not just for the individual, but for the loved ones walking alongside them. We’re hosting an private session and Q&A to provide clear guidance, professional insights, and community support. We are privileged to be joined by two dedicated experts who will help guide our conversations: - Dr. Jeremiah will share valuable insights into the routes to medically transition, and the impact of the new MOH Guidelines. - Dr. Hanita will discuss practical, gentle ways to nurture and care for your mental well-being throughout this period. This is a safe, welcoming space for connection and support. Whether you are attending together with your family members or joining us completely on your own, please know that our doors are open to you. ✨
